But I am not out of a few added surprises. QUIZZER's crew works out a new strategy which bids fair to eliminating wars of conquest and extermination in space. Skirmishing may occur but massed assaults are certain to lead to ultimate disaster for the attackers. We also have a mystery to resolve and an amazon society which is quite different from anything ever postulated. The final denouement will probably come as no surprise because it is inevitable. But it is at least fitting. In the preface to 'Pod-11' I promised around 40 completely new or under used themes in science fiction.
