Widget loved staying up all night, but it caused problems. He couldn't wake up in the morning and was always late getting to school. One day, he came to breakfast with dark circles under his eyes and slumped on the table.
Aunt Beep asked, "Why are you so tired today?"
He sighed and replied, "I lost track of time and stayed up all night playing games."
She gave him a concerned look and said, "Staying up all night makes the day hard. Your body needs the sleep."
"I'm fine! He insisted, "I can stay up late and still feel great the next day,"
"You might believe that, but when we sleep, our body repairs itself, our muscles grow, and our bones become stronger. Even our brains get a chance to rest and
