Publisher's Synopsis
Joyce inherits a quaint, old bookstore from her Aunt Betty, nestled in the heart of a charming town. As she settles into her new life, she hires Phil, a talented architect, to help renovate the store. Sparks fly, and a romance blossoms between them.
However, Joyce soon discovers that two spirits from the late nineteenth century haunt the attic of the bookstore. Anna, a gentle and kind ghost, was once a prisoner of the cruel and vengeful Henry, who ultimately poisoned her. Anna's spirit remains trapped, unable to move on due to Henry's lingering presence. Determined to free Anna and rid the bookstore of Henry's malevolent influence, Joyce seeks the help of Parisa, a renowned medium. Together, with Betty and Phil's encouragement, they embark on a journey to uncover the dark history of the attic and release Anna from her torment.
