She's proven right when she wakes to an eerie whispering one night-a whispering that no one else can hear. Soon a creature from an alternate dimension offers Missy a choice. Once her decision is made, it will mean being kidnapped to another realm.
Living with the creature is every child's dream come true. That is, until other children disappear with no explanation. Now Missy begins asking questions that the children who are left behind can't-or won't-answer.
As she investigates, Missy realizes that solving the eerie mystery behind this strange new world may just be the least of her worries.
