Ten year old Cory Glass lives for Halloween! He celebrates everything that the spooky season stands for. When he finds himself grounded on Halloween night and unable to go trick-or-treating, needless to say, he is distraught. However, his babysitter, Julie, refuses to be punished along with him and concocts a scheme to go to the neighborhood spook house with her boyfriend, while leaving Cory at home. But when Julie doesn't return from the alleged haunted house, Cory and his friend, Jordan, decide to venture out and find her. The haunted house - the Rathmore House - has a very dark and mysterious history, so when Cory and Jordan enter to find Julie, they don't know what to expect. And very quickly, they discover the secrets behind the legend; a legend that includes a world of eternal Halloween, the mad witch that haunts it, and monsters that lurk around every corner...
