Tom Bollinger came from a bitter and troubled background. Growing up, he had experienced a myriad of horrible situations, but had managed to turn his life around despite the odds against him. Now he had everything to live for, he was blessed with a wonderful wife and loving children. He had just finished a long overseas military assignment and it was good to be home.
