Journaling allows us to keep track of the prayer requests we have lifted up before the Lord. We can record our prayer requests, record the answers as they come and make a note of the words God speaks to us as you pray. Journaling gives us the opportunity to record our thoughts and conversations with the Lord without having to try and commit it all to memory. It's so easy to get distracted but journaling helps to remove those time stealers and helps to keep us focused.
