When Un-Bear-Able Braxton Bullied Me is a picture book story mostly based on real-life events that author A.J. Chilson was made to endure while growing up. The young boy who is being bullied not only has to deal with the actions of Braxton the classroom bully, but also the inaction of his enabling teacher. What will the young boy do in order to put a stop to all the tormenting abuse? Will he continue to ignore Braxton and thus suffer? Or will he become a hero and speak out?
This picture book will provide young readers with advice on how to deal with bullies. It also contains information on what to do when faced with a mental health crisis, as such matters can be triggered by bullying.
