This book is for everyone because almost everyone, if not depressed, is broken inside. Some people turn to alcohol and substances, some to self-harming, and some even to death. Only if we knew to turn to ourselves, we would find solutions to all our problems.
This is my first step, my first book towards changing people's lives. I don't know how much of an impact is this going to make in someone's life but I know one thing for sure that the intention behind it was pure and honest.Even if one reader finds this helpful, I'll be blessed.
