The mayor of Perry brought on Lainey Mobsy, He wanted a fresh detective with no knowledge of the killings, but Mayor Delatone had another agenda for hiring her. As she works the case with her partner Detective Arnold, Lainey discovers there Is more to the murders and more to the town of Perry. The bigger surprise, is finding the truth about her sister's murder and why she was brought to the town of Perry.
