E-waste defines a whole group of electronics that make our lives easier, but that we are tossing out or replacing at the largest rates in history. New phones, computers, microwaves, speakers, all kinds of new gadgets have us standing in line to buy, and figuring out how to dispose of the old. Electronic waste is dangerous, but also invisible to many Americans. This anthology looks at the issue from conflicting points of view. With our future increasingly electronic, a critical grasp of problems and solutions regarding e-waste is necessary for all young people.
