I wrote this book in my late twenties after a very enlightening ten day meditation experience. I came back home with a very peaceful positive mindset. I gathered my thoughts, made a plan and got myself to lose the excess weight that was bothering me for a very long time. The results were amazing! I lost over 20 pounds in the first 30 days. I wanted to share the simplicity of it with others and the "Weight Loss Mentor" was born.
In my thirties, when I finally became a mother, with that desirable and very rewarding title also came very undesirable and long lasting weight gain. Sometime during the most challenging moments of my life I was reminded of my book, and the return to real me began. I wasn't able to use all the workout aspects of the book but just by following some of the knowledge and creating a thirty minute "lazy" workout routine I dropped over 70 pounds in less than 5 months.
Now, in my forties, with the new marriage came the new baby, and with the new baby came.... let's just say once again I remembered my book written over a decade ago and it took me back to the beginning of my next weight loss journey.
Life happens fast, sometimes it spins completely out of control! We get busy and forget who we are meant to be. It is always great to have a friend nearby, especially, if that friend is your Mentor. "Weight Loss Mentor" has been my personal friend and Mentor for over 15 years, and it has not failed me once.
From time to time, we all need a reminder of how to be the best selves we can be. My children are my constant reminder of WHY it's important and "Weight Loss Mentor" has been my personal guide of HOW.
