The best data. Available indicate a current wheat crop for the Northern Hemisphere moderately larger than that for 1922 for the same territory. On the other hand, the carryover stocks for both importing and exporting, countries are apparently not greatly changed from last year._ The increase represents only a small percentage and might be wiped out entirely or increased by later developments in North American spring wheat er in the 1923 - 24 coming harvests in Australia, and Argentina. Russia will not export grain in large quantities in the immediate future.
The facts that have been presented in this summary of the world agricultural outlook are wellknown in the trade and have been discounted 111 the markets.
