Lisa Welch was one of the best detectives in the United States. Her uncanny instincts and sixth sense for finding the guilty made her a much sought-after detective across the country. Years of dedication to her role cost her dearly; a failed marriage, emotional imbalance, overaggressive attitude, and loss of true friends. Her latest case may be pushing her over the edge as she is seeking a serial killer or killers that is eluding her abilities. Her very tolerating partner, Cameron, eager to learn from the best, was finding their latest case to be extremely mentally draining.
Loneliness starts to invade Lisa's mind and her special senses start to falter. She finds comfort in a friend of a victim that starts to cloud her judgement and focus. During that time, the case expands beyond Central Florida bringing other detectives together realizing the magnitude of this serial killer or killers. When a detective from a neighboring state joins Lisa in the search for killer, things turn upside down in several ways for Lisa and the case. Could this serial killer or killers disappear?
