Publisher's Synopsis
Set in a future where man kind has made contact with alien life, Wayward Guardian follows the crew of the Azure Dream as they make their way to a world far from home. On the way, problems arise that threaten their survival. Their A.I. Guardian core, XO-33, has decided it's own survival is more important than the ship it's tasked with serving. Captain Howard Fredrick is forced to take desperate measures in his fight to keep his crew alive and get them to their destination safely before XO-33 can finish it's grim work.
