We Have Never Been So Clean . . .
Germs are everywhere and so are hand sanitizers, disinfectants, and cleaning wipes. We are faced with cleaning every surface of everything, including ourselves. Our environment and behavior encourage a germ-free lifestyle.

The ideas and concepts of Washing Ourselves Sick have been developing in my mind and have been a part of many conversations for over ten years. The COVID pandemic just gave me the time to organize my thoughts, add substantial research, and write this book. I hope you enjoy the book. My goal is to raise awareness of the dangers of an overclean mentality and the potential harm we are doing to ourselves and our families.
