In Warcraft: The Board Game, 2-4 players each control one of four factions (Humans, Undead, Night Elves, or Ores). As in the computer game, the players must gather resources, bulid troops, then send those troops to battle against their opponents. The object of the game is to be the first player to score victory points on the board, improving your units with powerful upgrades, and obliterating your enemies' home villages. The Computer Game The computer game Warcraft is a real-time strategy game of fantasy warfare. In the game, players must harvest resources to build their villages, recruit troops, and upgrade their troops. At the same time, they must defend their villages from attackers and send their troops to conquer strategic locations. Because the action happens in real time, players must divide their resources and attention between building, attacking, and defending themselves-which results in an exciting, dynamic game experience. The Boardgame In Warcraft: The Boardgame, 2-4 players each control one of four factions (Humans, Undead, Night Elves, or Orcs). The game is played on a geomorphic board made up of constellations of hex-area tiles. Playing components include cardboard buildings, hundreds of colored wooden playing pieces, dice, and a deck of cards that customizes theabilities and spells of each of the four factions in the game.
