Reading the first chapter of Wanted: An Honest Man, I couldn't help but be reminded of the scene in Sliding Doors when Gwyneth Paltrow comes home to find her man with another woman. It's a really powerful scene, and Cricket Rohman captures the same sense of sickening hurt. I have to say the writing is superb in this highly enjoyable Mystery Romance.
--- Avid Reader
For the most part, this is a clean romantic book that includes mystery and adventure, although there was some sex and a few swear words. I loved how Lindsey handled the troubling issues with a few of her students as well as the delightful holiday show she put on with kids. This book was fun and seemed so real. I gave it 5 stars for entertaining me and making me want to read the next book.

I only give a book five stars when it completely captivates me. This caught me on so many levels, and I could not put it down. I enjoyed the details about teaching kindergartners, and the lively characters, and I loved Wendell the dog. I bought the next two books in the series.
