Robert "Bob" Medina is a retired firefighter, chef, and transplanted New Orleanian. He got his cooking chops at home with his family and in the firehouse where he was the cook, putting to good use all he had learned from his family.
Robert lives in Northwest Florida with his wife, Lori.
