Publisher's Synopsis
Phillip Todd, an 18-year-old army brat, returns to the U.S. from Germany and starts his junior year in an El Paso high school, differing from his peers in only one aspect: he totally controls every sentient mind in his ever expanding reach. After some naughtiness in Germany, including eliminating his girlfriend and her parents stemming from a nightmare induced paranoia, Phillip exponentially renews his destructive past with his high school principal, Fort Bliss brass, an extremely wealthy and incestuous family, and anybody else who crosses his path.
A voluptuous teacher attempts to corrupt him, considering him an ordinary pliable student, and horribly discovers her mistake. The officious and venal high school principal dramatically diminishes his life expectancy and quality of life after annoying Phillip. The Fort Bliss commanding General receives impossible levels of humiliation after belittling Phillip. The list of victims continues but, unfortunately, Phillip's nightmares, paranoia, and isolation return.
Desiring a confidant he creates a comic book figure, Dr. Fear, an attempt to demonstrate and popularize his power, but finds his tenuous perception of reality overwhelmed by Fear when he becomes aware of an unknown nemesis dogging his every move...
