Publisher's Synopsis
New neighbouring rights are created and/or demanded, depending on the case. The criticism accompanying the corresponding discussions is multifaceted and reveals ambiguities that should be eliminated. This challenge is addressed in this work with a special focus on the structure of these rights and intellectual property law for print media publishers.
