Jennifer W. Snider was inspired by a nourishing bowl of vegetarian ramen to recreate the full taste of all the trendy one-bowl meals-but in vegetarian form. The options for improvised dinners packed of seasonal vegetables and herbs are virtually unlimited when using the bowl as an organiser. Snider's ramen adventures took him from a basic bowl of miso ramen to a summer ramen with corn broth, tomatoes, and basil. He next moved on to pho, a Vietnamese noodle soup with ingredients such as caramelised spring onions, peas, and baby bok choy.
