A - When I first went vegan I found it really hard to find a book that gave a good overview of all the different flavors of vegan. For instance, I saw raw food vegan, vegan ketogenic diet, but all I wanted to know was how to start healthy eating on a budget! So I made this book, and the thesis is, "clean eating made simple"! I was very happy with the reception this book has received I think people wanted a cookbook just like this!

A - This is a vegan cookbook for beginners. I'm not an expert chef by any means, I just wanted to put together a simple healthy eating guide and share it with the world. These recipes are delicious and easy to make, I hope everyone loves them as much as I do.
