Green Top Bunching. 55 days. An attractive early bunching beet. The tops are erect and do not turn red in the fall. The roots are round, smooth, glossy and slightly ?attened when mature. Interior of root is blood red and has less fiber than most bunching beets. This beet is our selection as the best all purpose beet.
