This program is divided into four thirteen-week periods that incorporate amusement, curiosity, and creativity as well as confidence building, entertainment, and exercise for the body.

Leagues and community teams are now forming where instructors and participants are dedicated to developing superior concentration, courage and patience, inner-strength, confidence and self-esteem, and physical fitness.
