Publisher's Synopsis
Up & Down, is a collection of poetry from the Lancashire based writing group, 'Just Write'. The theme of the book is mental health. Each participant in the collection has expressed poetry on this subject based on their own experiences. The purpose is in the hope that someone else might read this collection and feel inspired, heard, seen.
The read may take note of other people's perseverance captured here and know that they can too.
