Hardships faced by a surgeon during a medical mission can prove to be life-transforming, as can be his experiences at a corporate hospital. When these phenomena appear to be somehow related to real-world events and places, that's where the actual fun lies. The aim is not only to entertain the reader but also to impart certain glimpses into the intricacies of life. Because, out of the shadows of darkness emerge rays of sunlight, and where negativity lurks, there is bound to be positivity.
