Publisher's Synopsis
When investigative reporter Grace Gleason is shuffled off to the religion beat by her television station, she takes offense. She's not happy trading probing into murders and mayhem for "puff pieces" on choirs and catechism. That is, until she learns not all leaders of faith are cut from the same pious cloth. Grace discovers some religious authorities betray their followers, notably children, and she is determined to expose them. In doing so, she faces dangers that shake her deep-seated religious beliefs, put her life in jeopardy and force her to re-examine her future as a reporter.
