Crime drama set in the Korean district of Los Angeles. Sung Kang stars as Sam, who returns to the area after a mysterious year-long absence seeking revenge for the murder of his best friend, who was killed in a botched drug deal, and to be reunited with his girlfriend Vera (Kelly Hu). As he finds himself drawn back into the murky underworld presided over by retired gangster Don (Tom Bower), Sam struggles to reconcile himself with the past and the present.
