Reeling from a recent break-up with her boyfriend as well as being rejected for a job, Maddy travels to sunny Fuerteventura to help with her cousin's Land Rover tour business. There she falls for Frenchman and fellow guide Philippe, who has troubles of his own. Meanwhile, her widowed aunt Hilary is also thrown into turmoil by the attractive Italian driver Antonio.
