Publisher's Synopsis
This book is a part of the detailed commentary of the Holy Quran named "Tarjuman -ul- Quran" written by the famous Indian personality Maulana Abul kalam Azad who was also the first Education Minister in the first Indian Cabinet of 1947. The complete commentary was completed in the various prisons, but after the manuscript of the commentary of Chapter 24 (out of total 114 chapters of the Quran) was confiscated by the Ruling British Government, it was lost. The present book is the most detailed commentary of only the first Chapter, Surah Fatihah, and separately known as "Umm-ul-Kitab".
