This looseleaf work consists of a series of authoritative translations of Soviet legislation relating to business and investment, into English. The contents include laws, decreees, and treatises in the (former) USSR. The main work runs to two volumes, the 1992 main work being inclusive of release no 3.;The translations are prepared under the auspices of the staff of Ivan Ivanov, Deputy Chairman, State Foreign Economic Commission, USSR and are supervised by Lord Barrett-Smith, the distinguished US law firm. This publication's updating will be complete are Release 4 and readers will be referred to the new looseleaf title "Legal Materials" covering laws from the new republics.
