Author
A graduate of Southern Utah University with a degree in Elementary Education, author Joe Garces follows up his first children's book, Garrett the Firefighter, with Tyler the Cowpoke in honor of his second son, Tyler. A former elementary school teacher, Joe is a professional firefighter for the City of Oxnard but has never lost his love of writing and the adventures that can be found in books. Joe, and his amazing wife Taira, live in beautiful Santa Paula, California with their three boys Garrett, Ryan, and of course, Tyler.

Bethaney Abercrombie is a former art educator and a busy stay-at-home mom to four children. She received her art education degrees from Brigham Young University and Northern Arizona University. Bethaney currently lives in Gilbert, Arizona where, much to her daughter's delight, cowpokes still mount their horses and ride off into the sunset.
