This bibliography contains around 1,000 items and reflects the efforts made in six British universities to keep up with the increasing flow of literature generated by the 'Wende'. The list includes books, journals and pamphlets published (with very few exceptions) since late 1989 and available at the Bodleian Library, Oxford, Cambridge University Library, the Institute of Germanic Studies at the University of London, the Institute of German, Austrian and Swiss Affairs and Hallward Library at the University of Nottingham, the Frewen Library at the University of Portsmouth, and Warwick University Library.
