Going away to college was Sonestaas way of getting a break from her parents. Tallahassee, Florida, was a reasonable distance. During her first week at Florida State University, she met Lance Landy. Their relationship was strong until Dee, Lanceas ex-girlfriend, showed up on the scene for his grandmotheras funeral. Since Dee knew how to push Lanceas sexual buttons, he ended up sleeping with her.
