Twinsational is the wonderful story of twins Mark and Michelle and the outrageous adventures they go through in elementary school. One of the many problematic situations they encounter is with the school bully named Bubba. Bubba chases after the twins throughout the day, doing whatever it takes to catch them. Not only do the twins have to avoid being caught by Bubba, but they must also go up against many other crazy, unbelievable obstacles that they somehow need to overcome before the end of the school day.
