Publisher's Synopsis
Sold! A conversation overheard by their mother's owners that they will be sold, Sirena's puppies become frightened and worried. Their parent informs them of what is expected of good canines, yet Truffles and her siblings have doubts. Truffles does everything in her power to prevent the separation, but is taken despite the effort. Her new owners worry when the puppy refuses to eat and drink and makes no attempt adjusting to her new life and home. Truffles learns that her mother was right about what it is like to love and be loved endlessly.
