The book "True history of Vitamins" deals with two subject matters:
(1) it describes the true history of vitamins; the beginning, the inception, the idea what the Russian physician N. Lunin came up with as he had observed things happening with the mouse in his research laboratory, through the research an the recognition of the needs of micronutrients to sustain life, discovery the existence of vitamins in nutriants, and then use vitamins (the micronutrients) as medicine to cure fatal diseases as scorbut, beriberi, pellegra, pernicious anemia;
(2)describes new laboratory chemical processes and calculations to analyze and calculate the content of vitamin C in natural sources.
