Trim Inches and Pounds (hereafter will be referred to as TIP) deals with five areas of a Christian's life: meditation, prayer, self-esteem/love, diet, and exercise. The key to TIP is mindset. To be successful in a weight loss program your mind has to be made up that this is what you really want to do, that you are willing to make the sacrifice. The purpose of this program is to help Christian men and women have a better relationship with God, by being mentally, spiritually and physically fit. By being fit, God can better use us in His Kingdom building.
