The name is based on Jesus' words in Matthew 11:28-30. Since Jesus seems well aware of oxen yokes, maybe he made them as a young man in Joseph's carpenter shop. About one-third of the Old Testament is written in poetic form. Bob figures that if the Good Lord likes poetry that much...it's okay to call it a ministry. An old Native American is reported to have said, "Walk down a path. If it has heart, keep walking. If it doesn't, find another path." Christian Cowboy Poetry has heart.
