Merrick; of Cheever Newhall, one of the founders of the Society, and its first Treasurer; of his kinsman Josiah Newhall, one of the original members of the Society, and active and interested in all its affairs until a short time before his death, and of William R. Austin, for many years Treasurer. The discussions have taken a wide range, and have been interest ing and instructive as usual.
