Welcome to a recipe cookbook unlike any other. If you have a hidden passion for cooking or would like to prepare a nice meal for your family and friends without burning it or serving it raw, like so many of us have done hehe, then this is the cookbook for you. If you are passionate about sports and enjoy the thrill of the game then you came to the right place. Being a nutritionist and sports enthusiast myself, I have combined both concepts in hopes of helping you achieve your new goal. Not only will you discover that I use aphrodisiac ingredients that tantalize your taste buds and other things (wink) but this unique playbook/cookbook I've created is, in essence, a collection of plays (recipes) that may be executed by the team (you or your family) during the course of a game (meal). There is no true standard for how plays (recipes) are diagrammed, although some general guidelines are normally followed.
