"Tomorrow is Too Late" is a celebration of the wildlife of Britain by many of its best-known writers and artists. The book contains an introduction by Sir David Attenborough and articles by 25 leading British authors and conservationists, including David Bellamy, Bill Condry, Richard Fitter, Richard Mabey and Robin Page. Amongst the 60 artists whose work is represented are Robert Bateman, Gordon Beningfield, Marjorie Blamey, John Busby, Sir Edwin Landseer, Sir Peter Scott, Keith Shackleton, Donald Watson and Jane Leycester Paige.;All the living contributors have given their services and copyright owners have waived their fees. The royalties from the publication of the book go to the Royal Society for Nature Conservation's British Wildlife Appeal, which was launched under the chairmanship of Sir David Attenborough in October 1985 to raise #10 million with the motto "Tomorrow is Too Late".
