This book is to give reassurance to the Teenage Mothers that it is okay if you have to reach outside of the family for support and to let them know where to find it. You are not alone. You can overcome any stigma that tries to hold you hostage.
It also gives a shout out to the families of Teen Moms, how important their support is and why they should be compassionate: but if they are not, hope is not lost, there is support outside of the family. Family is not always defined through blood but by the hands that reach out and connect to you in a positive manner.
Within are antidotes, affirmations declarations and resources to help you on your journey as well as roadmaps to consider. There are also healing and laughter contained in the writings.
