Publisher's Synopsis
Tanya Borestelli from the US Figure Skating team is abducted shortly after completing her routine at the World Figure Skating Championships in Oslo Norway. Her abduction by an international crime magnate finds her captive in a location four thousand miles away in another country. Heavy gunfire erupts during a rescue attempt by special op forces. Before they make it aboard the waiting helicopter the pilot decides to abort the mission and lifts off into the cloud cover and over the hills. One special ops soldier is left behind and escapes with her into the mountains where they attempt to cross the country on foot for another rescue attempt. During their journey they are chased and threatened along the way before finding themselves in the middle of a drug cartel's poppy plantation where armed guards confront the soldier striking him with three gunshots before beating him unconscious and leaving him to die in the field. Before Tanya is able to find out if her soldier survives she is taken away and debriefed never to see him again. But every once in a while the best formed relationships just happen when God allows two people to meet that: "Didn't Plan on Love"
