Publisher's Synopsis
After a 700-year absence, Thor returns to Midgard at the height of World War II. There, at the base of the World Tree, he finds a coven of Nazi witches on a mission to reach Asgard in the skies above. Led by a pair of insatiable SS officers who want nothing more than to serve at the pleasure of the old gods, the coven offer themselves up to the lustful god. As Thor gets to know the two officers intimately, he uncovers their Fuhrer's true plans. Will the Aesir accept the coven's worship and join the war effort, or will they engage in wanton hedonism before sending the witches back to the Reich empty-handed?
