As a child Ariana suffered from a serious illness, which caused her to gain a drastic amount of weight. Over time, she was convinced the changes in her body were directly tied to poor eating habits. That realization inspired her mission to figure out a way of eating well without it being a blow to one's budget or taking hours in the kitchen to perpare. There's no formal training here, no nutrition degrees and no claims of expertise.
