Publisher's Synopsis
Two detectives are baffled by a string of murders that hold no clues. A discovery unearthed on the other side of the world will this hold the answers, only what they find is something that they never expected. Preview Johnson called out to one of the forensic officers who were all wearing protective gear, dress up to the eyeballs, "what's with this guy in the black bag, " Johnson called out to one of the men at the other side of the stairwell. "That's the only complete specimen we could find, the others are just a mangled, pile of bones and rotten flesh." Johnson knelt down towards the black bag, pulling hard on the zipper, exposing the man's head and facial features, not believing what he was seeing." The forensic guy walks over towards Johnson, "This one is still fresh not more than a day or two, meaning the rats haven't had time, to do their worst." Johnson takes out a flashlight; shinning it straight into the corpse's face wanting to get a better look, "Why are the eyes black," asked Johnson. "We don't know, it's the same thing the other stiff had over in central park, at first we thought that he might have been wearing contacts, but he wasn't." Johnson stood back up, trying hard to remember every detail of the last crime scene, only the scotch had wiped out nearly everything from his liquor-saturated brain.
