Jim Wright is a brilliant engineer. Anything he sets his mind to, he can find the answer and turn into a new creation. It has always been easy to work with his hands and his mind. From building his first car at fourteen to building a life of comfort. Haunted by a tragedy in his early twenties, he has thrown himself into his projects and creations. He has also avoided the one thing he truly wanted, a family and someone to love. Each time he sets out to build a new romance, his past turns it upside down for him. She has a wicked sense of humor and her views on relationships is very unconventional. While trying to build a new and very strange relationship with Lisa, Jim also discovers that he has an enemy that would rather see him dead than happy. The Wright Life takes place in Jackson Mississippi and is a fast paced wild ride of love, sex, sarcasm and murder.
