Ian travels alone after the third world war. He searches for fellow survivors starting from Wijk bij Duurstede. On his journey, he is accompanied by several dogs, horses, a cat and even a polar bear. After an exciting adventure, he finally finds 'people' that are cruel and distorted. They have become monsters. After a bloody struggle with these brutal creatures, he finds his brother Jamy and together, they search for Dillian, their third brother. They reunite with Dillian after a thrilling rescue at the end of their trip in southern Spain. Andre Brandse (1968) owns an independent taxi company in Utrecht. He is the father of three boys and is married to Joyce. He has always had a great imagination. He likes writing books and telling stories to his children. Andre usually does not finish his books due to lack of time but he finally completed writing this one, with his sons in the lead role. There are still many stories stored in his head and he is determined to put them on paper as well."
